Description de l'établissement : Établissement situé en Haute-Savoie (région Auvergne-Rhône-Alpes) à proximité d'Évian-les-Bains, l'établissement SSR dispose d'une capacité d'accueil total de 200 lits et places, en hospitalisation complète ou de jour, sur les spécialités suivantes :
- affections de l'appareil locomoteur
- affections du système nerveux- affections cardio-vasculaires (uniquement en hôpital de jour)
- affections de la personne âgée polypathologique
- soins polyvalents dont 6 lits dédiés soins palliatifs
- affections du système digestif, métabolique et endocrinien : rééducation nutritionnelle
- activité de SSR enfant adolescent dans le champ de l'appareil locomoteur.

LE POSTE DE MEDECIN

Nombre de lits à gérer : 25
Mission(s) : Vous intervenez sur le service SSR polyvalent.

Vous assurez les soins aux patients de l'établissement, et garantissez leur continuité (évaluation initiale, définition du projet thérapeutique individuel, suivi et bilan de sortie des patients). Vous participez à l'élaboration et la mise en œuvre du projet d'établissement et du projet médical, vous assurez la traçabilité des données et des informations médicales. Vous participez au planning des astreintes de nuit et de week-end.

Aucune garde pour ce poste
Astreintes : à définir selon le planning de l'établissement
Précisions : astreinte le week-end du 12/04.
Logement mis à disposition : à définir avec l'établissement
Rémunération : 550€ nets / jour
